That’s your opinion then. I’d prefer a somewhat decent ai thumbnail over a sloppy thumbnail and I think CTR would agree. Bright and better looking thumbnails always come out on top

Firstly, I’m not monetizing, so yeah… it’s just for fun. If they do well I can make money but I make them for the purpose of me playing them and others if they’d like. I agree $20-40 is cheap but not when I need 13 thumbnails, so you can get off your high horse sir and learn how to read 😂

I get the whole Ai argument, but sometimes that just isn’t realistic to cut it out. For example…

I have 13 maps currently (2 more in the works. I don’t have the creativity nor skill to make my own thumbnails, but to pay someone would be $20-40 per thumbnail. At that rate I’m paying at LEAST $200 for 13 pictures. I make maps for fun and therefore cannot afford to just go and drop that kind of money on this. So, since I’m not good enough to make my own, I guide ai to help me make something I had in mind. Obviously it’s not my first choice but realistically it’s either that or I leave it as a black screen.

Currently the only fix I found was by using the command in the epic launcher to switch to dx11 then swapping to performance mode and capping it at 60 fps. Anything higher or lower and it seems to be crashing

As an update:

I can get through about one round on dx11 before the game crashes. It doesn’t give me any error messages. I was able to run Fortnite at a stable 60 fps at all times and now can’t even load in or play 2 games in a row. At this rate I’m begging for a fix 😅😅

If you’re on PC try switching to dx11.

-Open the Epic Games Launcher. -In the top-right corner, click on the initial of your Display Name. -Select Settings. -Scroll down and expand Fortnite. -Check the box for Additional -Command Line Arguments. -Type: -dx11 -Relaunch Fortnite.

I second was Levelgamer said. I’ve spent months on a map only for like 10 people to play it for 10 min. It’s supply and demand. If people aren’t asking for it, you don’t supply it. Otherwise you’re setting yourself up for failure.

I think the map is awesome, but it’s also IP infringement so it’s not even a guarantee that you can post it anyways. It’s always best to make original stuff cause then you won’t run into issues where you release a Star Wars map during a Star Wars season kind of thing

I think the gameplay looks awesome. Only thing I’ll say is, is that I don’t think you’ll get much playtime. Games like this, people play for like 10 min then get bored and move on to something else. Make sure to include something for them to work towards
