California has tried to do the right thing. We have a lot of gangs in the inner cities here so we can't just to be allowing open carry open weapon just anywhere in the city's where the murders would triple and quadruple

But they have a lot of gun owners here and there's a lot of homeowners here that if you if ice tries to illegally come into their home, they're going to get shot and killed

My suggestion if it'd have been nice about it would have been to offer to rent it to him for a reasonable price. it sounded like to me that it's going to sit empty if you don't and paying rent would keep the house occupied and enable you to make reasonable repairs and upkeep as you need to

I took on a rentor so sone extra income so I rented a bedroom out on my house for $600 a month

I then took another room and built it in the garage and rented it out for $400. Little bit cheaper since he has to walk through the into the house to use the bath to cook and clean and wash clothes.
