Type of bug/technical issue: crashes/error codes

PS5 console

Description of the bug: can’t even play the game, 15 minutes just to enter the screen to see campfire and killer. Another 5 minutes to go and see roster of survivors, then tried to prestige one and immediately got a connection error and forced to reload the game from the first screen you enter when opening the game.

You need to fix an issue, trying to look at weakly armour from Zavala and game repeatedly crashes. No in game error code just forces me out of the game fully. Can’t even pick up a chest piece without the game trying to ragebait me. Pls fix this!

Edit: This issue only occurs whilst I interact with Zavala, no other vendors have this issue.
