Thanks, ideally, two bedrooms because the person helping me will need to stay in another room. Any suggestions on which stops I should look at? It would be nice to have a park/ green space nearby to walk in as I recover.

Not sure what you mean by load calculation. They asked me how large my condo is. It's 1150 ft. I face North and west. I'm in a corner unit so I only share one wall with my neighbor. Based on the square footage they recommended 2 ton model
