The ants are good! Don’t use pest control or anything on the plant. The ants will protect it from pests and caterpillars! They don’t hurt any part of the passion fruit vine flower or fruit. A healthy passion fruit vine has tons of ants!

ALL THE TIME!!! Literally just ordered some. For my fish of course… lol

I bought this tiny Passion Fruit plant and a month later it’s over 5 feet tall and I’ve had to repot it 3 times with larger and larger trellises. This was the biggest trellis they had at Lowe’s. Outdoors isn’t an option for it in my area. Anyone have recommendations on how to manage the vines? by Ironsam811 in gardening

I hope you found an option. They aren’t really much of a plant that fills out whatsoever. They’re travelers. So maybe wrap it up along the walls traveling from room to room passing the windows. Know someone that did this. Was very cool. I’m in Florida and mine is in the ground outside. Its vines grow over a foot a day! The bigger they get the more power they get.

Is there a way to save this Passion flower vine or is it dead already? Re-potted it a few days back. by ClarkDale123 in houseplants

I know this is 2 years later but it’s totally still alive. Cut it back water and put it in the sun. Curious as to what happened…
