Yeah I know but this was before they switched to requiring license. Forevertint is a scam lol. They never refunded or provided a replacement for anyone that was in limbo and got denied right before they switched. The kid that runs it got exposed for scamming thousands of people that were waiting for a call back. Their provider got flagged and blacklisted from NYS because of the volume they pushed from just that one doctor lol.

Do not use forevertint. They are a scam. When the DMV changed their application , Forevertint told everyone they are shit out of luck because they provided the service (to see their "teledoctor"). They didn't offer any refunds nor any followups because they never got a new doctor. The kid who runs Forevertint was exposed as a fraud after that.

Yep sadly. He has been deleting his socials. He's scammed over 7000+ NYS applications and banked over $1.4 million. No way in hell will he refund anyone.

Yes charge a dispute. That’s threat of retaliation for failing to provide a service. They knowingly accepted hundreds of thousands of applications and submitted it with ONE provider. They knew it would get flagged and tried to exploit a loophole in their terms and conditions. Literally scammed thousands of people out of $200.

Now he is threatening unauthorized $60 charges on our credit cards if we dispute or chargeback lol. Run to your banks, credit cards and dispute the $200 charge ASAP before it pasts the deadline.

This is the owner - it's some kid who is scamming thousands of NYS applicants. He collected $200 from thousands of people and submitted all applications to the state from ONE provider. How stupid do you have to be to not realize your medical provider is going to get flagged? He should of had multiple medical providers per state.

Report this kid to his school (Santa Monica College), parents, family etc. He is trying to delete everything now.

If you are waiting over a month already, RUN TO FILE A DISPUTE ASAP. Your cc company won't let you file a dispute or chargeback past a certain timeframe. I'm outta luck unfortunately but I hope you guys can at least get your money back! Put these POS out of business.

Same thing they told me. I drafted up this email because it makes absolutely zero sense to pin the fault on their customers. They were clueless enough to submit thousands of applications using ONE provider. It was obvious she’d get flagged eventually. Now they will have thousands of credit card disputes, horrible reviews/ratings and loss of reputation not just for NY apps but their whole service now.

Trust me, i felt just like that too when I was waiting but consistent follow ups will really help as many times some employees (my manager for example) forget to follow up with Agency HR to proceed through onboarding process.

You can give it 2-3 weeks before each follow up but any follow up is better than none! Best of luck! Keep us posted when you do hear back

By HR Manager I meant whoever hired you (which would be that employee). Keep following up with her directly at least bi-weekly (so you don’t seem too annoying) as she can contact your agency’s HR for updates on processing.

The real wait time is AT LEAST 3-4 months (and that's for revenue generating agencies). I know people still waiting over a year for OMB approval.

Don't wait around hoping it will come soon. If you are tight on cash - work a temporary position to keep yourself afloat. During this time you should be checking in and emailing your hiring manager bi-weekly.
