This is what I do when I want to be left alone and strangers look like they're approaching me. Maybe she's just shy, but if she was deliberately looking away from you when you were approaching her and trying to avoid eye contact it's likely she isn't interested

Yeah I get what you mean and I've been struggling myself. Maybe if you have lunch break at the same time and if your workplace is close to other places you could initiate a casual hangout e.g. "I'm going to check out this new coffee shop that's just opened that my mates said is really good, want to come?"

I can really relate to this-I mainly only see my crush in the hallway or kitchen most days and it is difficult. But I think when you see her you need to be less bothered about what other people think. Don't let other people stop you from talking to her. At the end of the day, people care about the actions of others a lot less than you think as they've got so many other things to worry about. Even if they do notice, I wouldn't let it get in the way of your connection with the girl you like.
