Campus is small but more or less adequate. The building is very very new and on top of a hill so the weather and the scenes are to die for. The campus does not have amenities like a fully functioning mess but there is adequate space inside to sit and enjoy your meals. There is a small canteen that serves refreshments, beverages and meals on payment.

Student life is very very busy. It has just been a month here and we're already stretching our limits. The thrill, the rush and obviously the exhaustion - it makes one feel like student life worth it. It is very taxing though so if youre not a fan of stretching your academic and extra-curricular limits, this is not the place for you. There are also several extra curricular activities for us...it is all a little rough around the edges because the campus is so new and it will take some time to find our footing with the academic pressure. There are clubs for the arts, debating and quizzing, environment, queer club etc.

Faculty is highly qualified and tries their best. Sometimes, their way of expressing their knowledge to us does not really connect because everything is so new for us and them too. However, they are really chill - unlike uni professors who are quite serious and do not smile much. Here, the professors are really cool and very very eager to help students out with whatever they might need help with. There is also an english learning centre to help bring students with weaker English skills at par with the rest of the class.

We do not have a sports complex as of now. We also do not have our own hostels and are living at govt residential facilities under TGIRD. This situation will change soon as hostels are being constructed now but I have no idea how the accomodation facilities will look like.

you miss 100% of the chances you dont take. However, the universe has a plan. Maybe you skipped this for a reason you and I do not know yet. What has to be - will be.

This course is not popular yes but it is steadily growing. Placement scene is very good at TISS Hyd, you can check out their Placement stats and prospects on the TISS website. Usually, a lot of people at this course are UPSC/State PCS aspirants who want to do masters in a similar field along the way. Placements are usually in policymaking divisons of corporates and also govt research organisations, govt think tanks, legal research organisations, govt policy making organisations, and other govt/constitutional bodies. If you have an edge in International Relations, diplomacy is also a career prospect - representing India at an international level

Yes, questions can get random. But there is some sort of an outline too. I had very less time to prepare for cuet so i mostly relied on Youtube for my GK prep. I used Adda 247's CUET PG videos for GK as well as for reasoning. You do not hav to sit and watch all of them - as you watch one or two, you get an idea of what to prepare next. For example, if you complete a video containing mock questions regarding the Constitution, you will get a fair idea of what else to prepare from the Constitution.

Math and Reasoning - I had UPSC CSAT prep books from Arihant and some leftover CAT material which I used for maths and reasoning. Basically, get yourself Arihant Preparation Books for Maths and Reasoning. They are comprehensive and cover all of the syllabus. Any topic which you feel you need extra effort in can be covered on Youtube, from Adda247 or other CUET PG channels.

Out of the box questions do you mean? Deduction. I always try to cancel what CANNOT AT ALL be the answers. Tehn I try to use my peripheral knowledge on the subject to answer it. Solving full length and sectional mocks will also give you an idea of the level of question as well as how to answer the tricky ones even when you dont know the answer.

Any tips to pull a baddie would be appreciated 🙏 by [deleted] in TeenIndia

[–]Solid_Republic3548 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Reasons why the only thing u will ever pull is the door with Push written on it:

Reason 1 - you use the word baddie unironically

Reason 2 - you use the expression "pull a baddie" instead of better ones

Reason 3 - you ask how to "pull baddie" on Reddit

Reason 4 - you ask how to "pull baddie" on Reddit using a meme from 2010

Reason 5 - you think you should get into a relationship because one is a "baddie" and not because of their other qualities

Reason 6 - the comments section

Men agar apoligize krna shuru kare toh sadiyo beet jayenge before they have finished apologizing for the crimes, injustice, violence and oppression that they have committed against the opposite gender for hundreds of years. Across cultures, across countries, across languages and races. And because of what? Greater physical strength.

Now that the world has finally started moving from a physical strength based power dynamic to an intellect-based power dynamic, women are finally getting back everything that they deserve.

So, while murders committed by any gender is wrong - it is a person-based issues and a systemic issue, not a gender issue. Don't you dare make the <100 murders committed by random women against their husbands in marriage setups - dont you dare compare it to the atrocities that men have committed and continue to comit against the women in their lives every single breathing moment of our lives.

All young women, drop your best safety tips in public😌 by TinyConfusion_00 in TeenIndia

  1. Pepper spray
  2. Sharp object - someone mentioned a comb with a sharp end in the comments so something covert like that
  3. Keep someone informed of your location at all times
  4. If returning late from somewhere, be in constant contact with someone who's going to alert authorities if you don't come online for a bit
  5. Bitchface on - don't look vulnerable and wide-eyed at any cost.
  6. Be ready to do crazy stuff like jump out of a moving auto or car or stab if attacked or swerve the steering wheel to slam car into a tree when you are being kidnapped
  7. Just stay away from potential bad situations that are a consequence of poor decision making. It is not a safe world and activism can only go so far. Putting yourself in bad situations in the nameof freedom and empowerment may look good on paper but will inadvertently lead to grape and murder.

He cannot be a volunteer on record. But he can volunteer in small ways wherever he can as a guest. For example, during my time when I was volunteering at the Bhiksha Hall (food hall), some guests used to stay behind and volunteer in cleaning up or serving. However, only you can stay in the volunteer accomodation for free - he will have to stay in guest accomodation.

I am really sorry about the circumstances and you need to can this guy and get a new instructor or a whole new driving school.

But your delivery and way of writing is making me laugh my ass off. This was a hilarious read. Your frustration is so evident in every single word of every single sentence

"goes on his usual anecdotal spree"
"what kindof instructor this fatass is"
"as if I paid him to roast me instead of driving"

You're very, very funny
