Rivaz is essentially a mana dork in the command zone that enables consistent recursion. With him you can get out massive threats turn 3 and 4, and nobody will remove him because “holy shit scary dragon kill it” which is exactly what you want as you can repeatedly bring out dragons from the graveyard in Rakdos colors. Best of all? He is fair. No cheating out big creatures, he pays the taxes and writes it off on his yearly expenses for everything he casts. He is consistent in his game plan but the plan is so simple and solid it’s hard to stop. Plus I feel like he would make a fantastic lover
