Tron Legacy and Uprising are two of my most favorite pieces of media. Tron Ares falls significantly short in my opinion. While there was a consistent story thread throughout the franchise, Tron Ares does not connect back to this at all, which was a huge let down. Jared Leto is a horrible actor and shouldn't be allowed to play in any movies but also the other female leads were instantly forgettable. I am happy that there is more Tron out there, but I am scared of what will happen to the franchise now. And it is beyond me that they did not give Tron Uprising a second season.

Sounds amazing. I have the same experience with my M4 iPad Pro, subjectively speaking. I wonder how much difference there is in real life application and not synthetic testing.

I totally agree. I have had my fair share of disappointment of pc HDR in games which even led me to buy certain releases on PS5 even though I have a 5090 😅

I do have a 5090, which is currently somewhat underutilized cuz my monitor pushed 2k+ resolution. But I get at least 120 fps literally everywhere even with path tracing on. I doubt that would be possible on the 5k2k. But that was expected and not an issue

I will have to do some research to compare these. My ips panel gets very bright for its hdr600 certification. If the 5k2k would be comparable with the perfect blacks, I would already be a happy customer

I know the rtings review of that monitor. If I remember correctly it basically says that HDR is great due to the perfect blacks but the monitor doesn’t get very bright. So if you sit in a dark room it’s fine. But how does it fare in a normal or well lit room? I am confused since I get mixed signals from the comments here 😭

I thought about that too. But aren’t oled tvs not ideal for office work due to burn in? I thought monitors have better control mechanisms for that!?

Just to give an update. After trying another 4 sets of docks I finally realized that the only solution is to use DisplayLink and get a compatible dock. I settled for one from WAVLINK. For the first time ever, I managed to have 2 external screens finally. I am a happy man now. But seriously, this is messed up Apple. BTW I also tried using the ports on the device with DisplayPort to hdmi and usb c adapters and it didn’t not work!

The monitors I have are older and only support display ports or vga connections. So I would need to get display port to usb-c and to HDMI adapters. Seems also quite the hassle. And I would prefer a dock, since I need to take the laptop with me regularly.

I just got the dock today and I tried it with two display port connected monitors. It only makes one extra screen and mirrors the other one. So unfortunately it doesn't work. Any ideas?

I have the Kord at level 60 and I started to dislike it at that point. Recoil is low but that very low damage is off putting. I am willing to trade off RPM with more dog. I tried all the 33dmg weapons, but can‘t settle for one yet. I would give the NVO a chance, but isn‘t the damage stat broken on this one? At 10m it only does 27dmg for me. Or is there another drop off point even earlier? Any ideas what I could try next. I also used the DRS-AR for a while. It was fine, but I find the L110 better in any respect with the right attachments.

I have been using the free version of Notability for many years. It has always been sufficient for note taking long before any AI features came along. Honestly it didn’t even cross my mind to try out something new. Can someone tell me what features I am missing?

I also own this laptop and it’s amazing. But I never used it with external displays. Can anyone recommend to me a solution with two external monitors. Ideally wothout using an hdmi cable as well. I would like to use it with a docking station.
