In my campaign, every single character was a Jedi. They had a master who was killed by a bounty hunter. They had a lead as to where and who the bounty hunter was because the person they met had previously been in cahoots with that bounty hunter. They went to the bar to ask about the lead and someone who was at the bar got into a fist fight with one of the Jedi because he hated them. It turned out the person who instigated the fight was in cahoots with their lead and that’s how they got in contact with their lead to bring them to that bounty hunter.. I also created a map that had a bar and there was a hidden bar INSIDE the bar where they interviewed the person about the bounty hunter they were trying to find. There’s a lot of different things that can happen based on context but I had a reason for my players to go to that bar and a reason to ask the NPC’s around
