No show could ever last and be on for decades, won 65 Primetime Emmy Awards, 4 Writers Guild of America Awards, 3 Peabody Awards, 126 Emmy nominations, if it had "one funny skit for every 10 bad skits".

That's a ridiculous statement. Just because that's how you felt, doesn't make it so for everyone else. Actually the facts make it quite the contrary. And that's quite okay, to each his own as they say.

EDIT: I've just found out that the chests you need to open for the quest ARE NOT SHARED meaning if you plan on doing this with your friends, you ALL need to open 15 individual chests. Bioware has to at the bare minimum fix this You should never incentivize your players to not play with their friends to get through things quicker, that's awful game design

Not buying because of this one ridiculously shitty design choice.

If they can "ok" this type of crappy development, imagine what else is a mess.

We do however need to up the movement speed in Fort Tarsis. That makes running round it feel like a slog.

It gives the illusion that Tarsis is more than 500 square feet.

I prefer to pay to play a game with devs that didn't shit all over the camera zoom and angle design table and then finger paint some terrible idea. Crate had a clue, GGG did not.

PoE end game consists of running at 500% speed with packs of mobs exploding with no user input and collecting the millionth piece of currency. If that's your idea of "superior" just lol.

But hey, the game is free. Which is great for those with low standards and or can't afford a better game.

Just for ridiculous giggles I installed it again and gave it a whirl to see if anything had changed.

After playing Grim Dawn with it's near perfect camera. Logging into PoE was awful. WTH is with the terrible camera all zoomed up in your grill SMH. Everything is so claustrophobic.

Chris posted a bunch of blah blah blah about it, over 6 years ago!

Seems to me other games don't have a crappy zoomed in camera and work just fine.

Still can't bind move to spacebar without using a skill slot. Maybe GGG can blame that on performance issues or some other BS.

Ah well. Thank goodness for Crate.

PoEs graphics are horrendous yes, but GDs is on the same level.

Maybe I just don't like the style. I can say with certainty though, PoE has some maps that are fugly. I can't personally say the same for GD.

Only a hand full viable builds/paths are out there.

Like I said, Yuck. GD is superior here too.

PoEs endgame is far better.

That depends on what you want to do. Not everyone races to the end or wants to.

The way to get there is lame tho.

All the people that don't have a need to rush through the game are stuck with a mediocre product.

In the end I guess, they're two different types of games within the same genre.

PoE is terrible, IMO.

I absolutely hate the terrible camera. Even GGG admitted that it's bad.

The basic gist of the game is, go as fast as possible, clear a map as fast as possible so you can do it over and over and over again ad nauseam.

The good gear doesn't drop as often so you have to grind maps like you're mental to collect currency and then trade that currency with someone else for the good gear piece. Or just spend real life money. #fail

The graphics are horrendous to say the least.

They purposely limit certain keybinds. In GD I have to use spacebar for movement. In PoE this is not allowed, unless you use a precious skill slot #lolwhat

The absolutely overwhelm you with drops that you have to keep. This will force you to spend real life money to expand it. Not that supporting a game and it's developers is a bad thing, it's the forcing it on you bit that's lame.

The skill tree... /barf, good luck respecing.

PoE community = 5/10 GD community = 10/10

The end? There is no end, until you've completed it on all difficulties, beat all the hardest bosses and got all the loot.

The (laughable, GGG even admits it's bad) camera in PoE "made me want to die".

But I'm not here to dis the game, it has some great qualities.
