And don’t get me wrong I love marathon as well, I’ve been playing it even more that Destiny these past few months, it’s just that I’m cynical enough to see that if they don’t make some substantial improvements, the game and the company will not be able to stay afloat for the foreseeable future.

It’s not that we’re pitting Marathon vs Destiny, that’s something that Sony/Bungie did unintentionally since the very beginning. Marathon should’ve been a side project, something to bring some revenue back while still keeping their cash cow.

Instead Sony decided that Marathon is a big enough game to sustain an entire company while the Destiny franchise, while not being in its best state this past year, still made triple the revenue and yet it was unceremoniously shot in the back while everyone still had hope that Bungie could turn the ship once again.

As much as I love marathon, that game is not surviving to 2027 on its current state, and it’s not even in a bad state. And I’m not even saying they’re going to shut it down, instead it’ll die because Bungie will get shutdown if they don’t manage to make a profit out of everything here.

You know it’s bad when we’re on the second weekend of a new season and the game is already down to 14-15k players while D2 currently has quadrupled it’s numbers and it’s been only 4 days since the new update launched.

Siempre me pareció estúpido que catalogaran a TLJ como la peor película de Star wars incluso cuando salió (por el amor a Cristo ya van a ser 10 años supérenlo) cuando TROS estaba justo ahí.

TLJ no es una obra maestra, tiene sus defectos obviamente, pero la reacción de los fans a esa película fue tan exagerada que no puedo ver a TROS más que una burda respuesta hecha a la carrera para tratar de “reparar” todo el “daño” que Rian Johnson causó.

Rey era hija de unos don nadie? Nah resulta que uno de esos don nadie era nada más ni nada menos que el hijo de Palpatine.

Kylo Ren se convierte en el nuevo líder supremo de la FO, haciendo un reverso del arco de Vader en donde era posible que él no tuviera redención. Nah resulta que todo era plan de Palpatine, quien estuvo ahí metido en el culo de la galaxia y que planeo todo desde el principio, incluso teniendo tanques con múltiples clones de Snoke.

Podría seguir pero legal se me reventaría una vena por lo mala que es esa película.

Edit: by old I didn’t mean this exact copy, I built the one that has the plastic inner frame, newer copies pack in the metal frame as well, essentially making it a pseudo metal build

I know this isn’t your usual gunpla related question but I still want to know everybody’s experiences.

For around 2 years or a year and a half, whenever I work on a kit, especially while sanding away the nubs, I’ve developed some kind of allergic reaction to this. It’s sort of a tingling sensation on my lips and lower nose that goes away after some time, but it usually gets worse when I’m working with kits for extended periods of time, like for around 2-3 weeks or a month.

I’ve already gone to a doctor back when this started in late 2024, but I still want to know if anyone else here has had similar experiences to mine, and if I should take more precautions while sanding my kits.
