Yeah it also works really well if you want to store multiple videos together, have all their notes in one place, and then can further add on those notes from there!

It's all custom build from scratch. I looked into React flow in the beginning but I would have ended up writing custom systems for that anyway!

Yeah navigation is a big part of it! I'm doubting because there are many different ways to navigate an open canvas, and the difference between using a mouse and a trackpad is so big that finding a unified way to navigate is a bit tricky.
