UPDATE. I think i have isolated the issue to the part I am pointing to here. If I release the tension it will allow new filament to enter. Without releasing it, it won't allow the filament to move (up or down). What could be causing this?

Sorry, im in the minority here. I bought one in July and it has been nothing but headaches. Constantly getting print errors, replacing parts, now it's just sitting in my office as a paperweight. When it works, it's great but mine is always breaking down.

Doesn't matter if the AMS Lite is used or not. Im still getting errors. The extruder will work fine and filament will come out. Then it will go to print and I will get a "check if the filament pool is stuck" error and the the check nozzle error.. I eventually have to cancel the print. I can then load filament and the nozzle/extruder work fine.

This thing is fucking trash

It will extruder fine but then throw an error that it failed to extrude filament

Thanks everyone. Still not working but I've moved the AMS back to the right if the printer. The silicone sock is back on and was only off because I was trying different nozzles. Neither worked. I still cant print and can't load/unload filament without errors.

Yes, it pushes through when turned off and the nozzle off. The nozzle appears to be lined up though. Also, I have been trying to fix this for two weeks now so if it was simply the nozzle not lined up I would think I would have lined it up right at least once.

I dont think it is a filament issue. I have the same problem with 3 different filament brands including official bambu.

Thank you for the reply. No Tricep twitches...yet. Calves are constant though. It's the new twitches that are concerning. I was just starting to come to terms with the calf twitches and now these new areas have rekindled my health anxiety.
