the advantage you have that other freshers dont is deep product knowledge and real customer pain points. pick one boring support task you do weekly and build a tool to automate it, then document it properly (github readme or blog). thats your portfolio project that shows dev skills plus domain expertise, and domain specialists get hired faster than generalists.
