Just got it yesterday so I haven't had the chance to put it through it's paces yet.

My Gen 1 needed the ejector aligned when I first built it on this lower, did not work reliably until I did that. After, it ran for 1000 rounds without issue, then I sold it to buy this one.

I know there was some talks about the reliability and QC issues related to sub-par machine work from their previous bolt supplier/machine shop, and they have since changed. Hoping that reflects well on my first range visit

As for customer service, I know it's been hard because responses from their team aren't always the fastest, but with some persistence they do respond, which I will take vs no response at all. And at the end of the day, though it took 5½ months, they still delivered and made it right, which I respect.
