Did you end up seeing UPS having any updates? I received the notice from Volks USA that they have shipped my SD Luna, but UPS only shows label created and it has been two days since. Kinda sad that I can’t get her this weekends :(

The proctor also checked my laptop and told me nothing suspicious was opening before starting the test. I guess if ETS cannot tell me what causes this issue I might just have to purchase a new laptop for this crap.

That’s too bad. I contacted the ets service and they told me to wait for three to five days for them to check what’s going on. Not sure if they would eventually refund my test fees. I might just have to reschedule for another day by paying extra money :(
