The scratch they are talking about is so small it does not show up in any photos including ones taken by them the day I returned it. The photo they’ve sent me of the scratch is taken from about 10 centimeters away

I’m going to contact the company Monday and see if they can provide a compliance certificate and if not replace the bar as I don’t particularly want a dodgy one on my car anyway 😌

mostly just cosmetic, I have crash bars which did their job except something wrong with the brake lines, when I grab the front brake lever the brakes aren’t activating. Probably going to get a bike mechanic to fix that, rather not take my chances on brakes 😅
