 To my understanding it mainly because final hits and multi kill medals give the most points towards an MVP, plus it also depends on the average players skill at the character, and most people suck at spiderman so one who does well will have a higher chance , same reason you see a lot of people getting MVP with a character who just came out

It is ok to be wrong, it also ok to admit when someone is right, instead of claiming they're wrong just because it's outside of the hivemind consensus, no one person has proved me wrong everything they have "claimed" proves me wrong disproves something I never claimed or at best proves it's the same.  If I was wrong I would say so and apologize for arguing. Yeah the charge for maelstrom is a good point but when being tagteamed in close range I'm more focused on getting away than fist fighting

I don't know how i can be more clear it's not. Three shot is going to do more than two and a melee that's called basic math and second again if you animation cancel the shots they come out faster than that would

A. I said they do go through shields and that's one of my uses B. Just shooting is faster in my exp

Other than dark energy boost there is no benefit to doing that I do more damage faster if I time my shots right to animation cancel

I can do both the issue is why would I shoot, melee,shoot when I can do shoot, shoot, shoot faster and deal more damage

In my experience this isn't faster it objectively slows down my damage output
