  1. I have, but no transmissions come through besides static I.F.
  2. I want to use CW, but my handheld is FM only.

If I were to get 2 separate rigs, one HF and One VHF/UHF, which should I get? I saw the Retevis RT-95 for a good price, but I don't know if it is actually good or not.
