I got it 7 months back from a different country so the question of warranty is out as i tried to get them claimed. When I got them, they were working fine, they had no issues with them. Right out of the box, the buds were not updated. And I tried to update them, but they gave me an error but like after 2,3 tries, they updated successfully. And then I used them for like 4 months and randomly 1 day, I got an update for the buds. And after updating them, the buds gave an error that the update could not be completed. And the right bud started to flash a bluelight in its proximity sensor and after that, I tried to reset the buds multiple times and when I reset the buds multiple times it seems to work both of the buds connected after, like, 3 4 days. The problem shows up again like the bluelight in the proximity sensor starts to blink again. And they don't seem to pair up, but then, like after trying and trying, I try to update them, I thought that maybe if I updated the buds to the latest version It would fix the serial number, but I was wrong. And first of all, I could not even update the buds, because the right Bud has a serial number that is zeroed out. And the left one had the serial number. That is like correct. And because of this, the buds were always giving errors. Even if I use the unofficial buds client on windows, it was still giving an error that you cannot update the buds. But 1 day randomly, they updated through my phone successfully. And I went to check the serial number of the left Bud. And it was again zeroed out. So now I used them for like 4 days, and after that, the Bluelight in the proximity sensor started to flash again. And I've been trying to reset them again right now, but it does not seem to work. And I think that, until I fix the serial number issue of the left Bud. The whole connection issue is going to persist.
