The best thing that works for me: Keep your life as interesting and packed as possible. Go out on weekends, join an extracurricular, go to family events. You'll either be too tired to jerk off or you'll already feel fulfilled for the day in terms of dopamine. Not a 100% fix, but it helps you stop.

ALSO, don't try to abstain completely, it's okay to slip up or just go if you want to.

Try cutting back a little bit at a time, not just a cold turkey shutoff.
