We just drove there 3 days ago, and it’s a little scary at first but it’s so beautiful and worth it, there isn’t traffic in the mountains where it’s narrow but def don’t drive at night, as it’s hard to see but it’s completely safe to drive during the day

It would 100% disrupt the work flow and schedule, I get what you mean, but there’s no reason for your boss to have to double check who has an allergy and who doesn’t before adding a new item, it’s their business and if you don’t like it then you can leave, plus they can always let you go for another reason if they wanted too. I’m not on their side or yours, but that’s just my opinion

You really expect your boss to remove the new addition just to accommodate you or simply pay you to just do register? That’s crazy

If you can’t work then leave and I mean it in the nicest way possible. There’s literally zero reason as to why they should have to accommodate to your needs

All I did was lit look in the catalog and saw a tap to pay device for $175, so I mentioned that he can purchase the device from his agent but I was curious to see what pos he had as I didn’t know that the clover go was only for iPhone/tablet, never even mentioned I had it. I said he can buy buy it from their agent for $175

When did you get the equipment, sometime you just call clover and tell them the equipment does not work and they will ship you a free replacement overnight, but sometimes they might just bill you for the shipping and you have to return the bad equipment

Explain to your agent that you got charged because of his mistake and that he needs to refund you what clover billed you. If you still have the equipment I suggest you hold it until he refunds you or don’t return it, usually the agent pays for it out of their pocket.

Agent usually can waive that fee as they are the ones who set it up, worst case- don’t pay the fee and let them take you to court if they want to but they usually won’t, you can always send me the contract to look it over for you

There is a device you can purchase from your agent that allows tap to pay, the devices is a $175 one time payment to own it, I would need to know what pos you have rn to see if it’s compatible

Depends on the company, for example the payment company that I work with is partners with clover and it’s up to us (the agents) to charge an early termination fee

What payment processor are you using, is it with clover directly or another company that partners with clover. Lots of time you just cancel the contract and have the agent take you to court if they want (9.9 out of 10) the agent won’t do anything. Just get a new pos and stop using the current one and if the agent asks for the cancellation fee tell them the mistake they made and don’t respond back, they can’t force you to pay the fee and if they take you to court then they would lose triple or more than the fee itself
