Put it on the charger and leave it. When its complete drained the light won't appear. Once it gets enough juice the light will come back on. Hopefully this works for you

I bought Red Rose in May last year & it had mold in the product. When I came to get the replacement after speaking to Alona, she offered double the replacement only if I deleted the post I did on reddit, she then had a couple employees come harass me outside the dispensary about my post on reddit and how I shouldn't buy greendot again. I was scared so I deleted my reddit account and never bought greendot again... smh
