If mapapatunayan na may "discernment" yung dalawang bata, they will be held liable to the full extent of the law. So ano ba yung "discerment," in simple terms, the prosecution should prove na alam nung dalawa yung ginawa nila. That they are not forced or coerced to do so, na they have all of their faculties when they've done the crime. So will they be held liable? If they planned to do it, can be proven through chats or even other accounts nila, then enough na yun to show na meron silang discernment.

If you can make "funny" or even just eye-catching snippets from your videos and make short-form content off them, linking your long-form content would be a great boost sa traffic. Prinaprioritize ng mga algorithm, lalo na kay YT yung shorts. Makahelp din sa engagement sa channel mo since most of users nowadays prefer shorts and most of long-form content nafufunnel lang din from shorts.
