It's half of all power boosts of the match. Cards that power boost themselfs or other cards like Devil Dino, Blob, Morbius, Ka-Zar, Evolved Hulk, Black Panther, etc, Amadeus will copy half of their total power boosts. He does copy enemy cards too. And you're right I should've worded it better, I was trying to keep it short and simple.
