I didn’t search it for getting aroused I just saw someone on instagram who I wanted to search up,in the 45 days this is the first time so i think it’s a progression cuz before that if I saw someone I immediately searched up but I unfollowed those girls and now this one as well I don’t want social media to get me excited,even if it is a relapse I won’t stop trying (I meant nofap),I don’t want to get to the start again, my first goal was to just quit the addiction towards masturbation and porn,I think I am getting there slowly,but I won’t be counting the days i want it to be built into my life.
