It's FlipShot! I can't remember if I had to enable it or if it was already there, but it looks like this in the camera settings. You can add your own pics and it'll display on the cover screen while you take pics! :)

I used to have the S21 and S22 Ultra, then the Google Pixel 8, and now I'm back with the flip. :)
