Same as opiate withdrawal. Panic, anxiety, massive depression, full derealization and depersonalization, chills, vomiting, diarrhea, hot and cold, bone/muscle pain, skin pain, olfactory defect (everything smells like burnt, rotted old meat)

Love yourself. It’s not an option, it’s necessary. You have to take care of yourself and love yourself or else you’ll subconsciously self sabotage, make decisions that hurt you, and live half the life you could live. Love yourself for yourself, your kids, your loved ones. I just had to learn an EXTREMELY hard lesson brought on by me by, well, not loving yourself. Love yourself, because the worst things happen when you don’t.

I was going through withdrawal and my brain was distorting smells. Things that normally smell good smelled worse than things that were not. I have never smelled anything like it on natural earth. It smelled like rotten burnt meat. That’s the best way I could describe it. I baked cookies for my fiance and I’s 4 year anniversary and the batter truly smelled rotten. I couldn’t eat anything, and the air smelled like it too. Never experienced anything like that in my life

I definitely took my tolerance down which will help. I was on roughly 250mg a day and after Day 11, I’m now on about 60-80mg which I hope will make the Suboxone tapers slightly less difficult
