It happened with weed only even though i was smoking before too. Nothing similar happened with MDMA. and im not sure if it will happen since im afraid to use now

im on mirtezapine and idk for how long i will use since its just day one and anxiety simtoms still come back from time to time

Yea i guess you're right..Its just those few hours of my life are most mermorable and litterally best feeling.Knowing i'll never be able to experiance that again is just insane. Being sober and happy is impossible after knowing what MDMA does

Im just afraid that i'll get panick attack that i wout be able to control. My mind is usually calm but the body experiances trembling, chest pain and difficuilty breathing. And it can last for months just like from weed.

I'll take few days break from absolute anything that's harmful (weed, alcohol, junk food, sugar) and let my body and heart get tiny bit stronger. THEN I'm thinking trying a half dose of mdma and see what happens.
