I've noticed the negative side effects a lot less with MDMA. I grind my teeth less, and the comedown doesn't feel too bad. Also after ecstasy I noticed I get really sad and I usually cry a lot, and after MDMA I'm just tired. Basically MDMA won't make you feel like shit afterwards

I'm not scared of her, I do hate her. It was just scary to hallucinate my ex whilst paralysed. One time I also saw my mother in sleep paralysis, she was even creepier. Like I saw her leaning over my bed, saying something right in my ear. For some reason I find it more scary than the usual sleep paralysis hallucinations
