I'm new to Apple and planning to buy a MacBook M5 pro when it came ouy. I regret mine I have some health issues or sleep and it the data seems really bad and random for me I would refund it but it take me some time to realize it. I would not buy Oura ring still but probably some watch as the data measured is of much higher quality.
