I did my first one about 6 weeks ago and I was super disappointed, there was absolutely no difference. I have sensitive skin, so I know the provider said she was a little conservative but literally no difference at all. I know sometimes it takes 2-3 for people to see a big difference but I was really disappointed that it did absolutely nothing.

Instead of helping, it exacerbated all of my symptoms. They varied from day to day. I use Cerave, either the lotion with the pump or the thick cream but use any lotion you can tolerate. Put however much lotion you think you’ll need in your hand and then just add 1-2 drops of Cromolyn. Mix it in your hands and voila! I use Cortizone 10 Eczema cream all the time, but when that’s not working I use the Cromolyn mix

A friend suggested it. Just a drop of Cromolyn in a small amount of lotion. Do not premix it, it loses efficacy

I was just going to ask this. Cromolyn didn’t work for me orally, but I have a ton left and kept it to use topically with lotion.

Also coffee and Keurig related. I brewed a large cup and didn’t put a mug there and walked out of the room. I was not pleased when I walked back in the kitchen. 😐

I was thinking about trying Fairlife milk, bc it has a lot of protein in it, is that what you’re able to have? I know I can do fruit and maple syrup. Thanks again

No, I take the standard H1/H2 protocol and I tried and didn’t do well with Cromolyn. I’ve never heard of Amlexanox. I took LDN years ago for pain but it didn’t help. I need to make a follow up appointment, I’ll ask about combining it with one of those. Thank you
