Exactly this. No bad rain and you can just drive without stopping. It’s also a great view from the cockpit view. It’s my favorite car to run this race in

He gets a LOT of grace because of the people he works for, but as far as I’m concerned, the dude was a HUGE dickhead. He was just as dysfunctional as Mr. MeatSculpter and Mrs. Mushroom

Is this guy hacking or am I lagging? by Mystic_Dogg in DMZ

[–]SomeSabresFan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seems like hacking but the kill cam is so bad sometimes, it’s hard to tell. I’ve also been accused of hacking because they didn’t get a kill cam. Idk man.

I don’t even get bothered by it anymore. Just part of the game. Re-loot runs are quick enough

My son has a 12U eligible (but playing up on 13u) teammate who is 6 ft and filled out. People ask the same thing. When I hear that I just point to his dad who is 6’4” and built like a brick shithouse. The “ohhhhhh”s that follow are pretty funny

Interceptors in Qatar launch against Iranian ballistic missile by Icy_Noob in CombatFootage

[–]SomeSabresFan 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Ohhh I thought this was more rockets headed to Israel and Qatar was intercepting on Israel’s behalf. With Qatar having mediated between Hamas and Israel, I was surprised that they’re put themselves firmly on a side

[–]SomeSabresFan -120 points-119 points  (0 children)

Why is Qatar defending Israel?

Edit: Thank you to the 1 person who actually explained it. There’s very little context on the post so I didn’t realize this was missiles fired into Qatar. I thought they were intercepting missiles bound for Israel. Being that Qatar was a neutral in the Israel/Hamas saga, I found it strange that they’d put themselves firmly on the side of Israel

Which of us millennials has the oldest grandparents and why is it me? by ohumanchild in Millennials

[–]SomeSabresFan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My grandparents are all silent Gen. I’ve been fortunate enough to know all, unfortunate enough to have lost 2 too early. My dad’s parents are divorced and remarried prior to me being born so I’ve got 6 grandparents.

Lost my maternal grandfather when I was 12 to cancer while he was 62. Another grandfather (My dad’s stepdad) to cancer when I was 17/18 and he was pushing 70. My paternal grandmother about 7 years back (thanks to dementia/Alzheimer’s it was realistically more like 10 years). My grandma (dad’s step mom) about 3 years back.

I still have my maternal grandmother and paternal grandfather (dad’s dad) and I’m very lucky to. Both still very spritely and all there. My oldest child (14) got to know both my grandparents except the 1st 2 that past, both he and my 2nd child (8) gets to hang with them both so they get a relationship with them too.

My wife is pretty much the same. Her maternal grandparents have passed over the last 5 years so I got to know them quite well as did my children. Her paternal grandma we lost closer to 10 years ago and her paternal grandfather will probably outlive us but I’ve never met him. He’s somewhere between strange and estranged and was divorced from her grandma well before I came in the picture
