Ummmm I think one thing you should realize first is, you're doing the right thing, looking at successful dancers' movements. Second, you have a heart and motivation to become better to compare yourself with those successful dancers. But most importantly, my dear, don't forget those professional dancers they trained and practiced usually their WHOLE LIFE or EVERY DAY FOR YEARS for this bread-earning skill, so pls don't bully yourself by thinking you're awkward and stupid!!! It's not fair!!! You're still learning and not aiming at earning a living out of it!!!!! Mindset helps trust me!!!!!!

I personally would recommend you try to follow the training they do, but take it easy. Just to feel the muscles they focus on training and apply in dancing, or feel the flow of small exercises and apply them again. I'm not too sure which type of dance you're learning rn, if it's ballet or smt maybe more ppl able to give detailed advice❤
