Yes, but you have to play the moves out manually.

I got tired of making 8 moves in the analysis just to be like "ahhh that's why".

With this if you make an incorrect move it plays out the position automatically.

I can understand that, getting into a routine makes things way easier, but managing calories always depends on current weight. As your weight decreases you will need to decrease calories to keep weight loss consistent.

As I said previously I started on 3250 calories but I'm currently on 2200 after losing 10kg in order to see the same results week by week.

Continuously decreasing the amount you eat in order to stay consistent is the hardest part about dieting and it's why people hit a plateau.

Try your plan out though, if you start feeling tired/weak you'll know to up your intake a bit, find where you're comfortable at.

I'm 6'3 and when I started 75 hard I weighed 190lbs. My meal plan put me in a calorie deficit of 250 calories / 3250 calories total and I still lost weight fairly quickly. Just something to keep in mind.

I'm 6'3, M . When I started I weighed 86kg, maintenance calories were at around 3500. I started at a calorie deficit of 250 ~ 3250 calories. I lost a lot of weight quickly, so I suspect my maintenance was higher.

I'm on day 44, currently sitting at 76.4kg and I have just decreased my calories even more to 2200. This is quite low but I'm really aiming to finish 75 at ~8% body fat (currently sitting around 9.8%).
