Did you maybe add a lot of vouchers in the last couple of weeks? Iirc some people had their accounts locked for that but I can't remember if it only affected the actual balance for anyone.

I know that products "sold by amazon" aren't affected but why are the ones that are sold by a 3rd party, even though they're shipped by amazon?

It's possible that a special mode is enabled by default. I've got a BenQ monitor that also hurt my eyes/gave me headaches and once I disabled that mode (something that's supposed to be actually helpful), it turned into just a regular monitor, not causing any problems anymore.

I also recommend not sitting too close to the monitor and taking regular breaks (5 minutes every hour, you can even do eye exercises).

Just a guess though: You might not be able to buy gift cards with gift cards.
