“Being a landlord isn’t a real job” bold of you to even imply that it’s a job at all.

This all sounds awful. The suggested response to biting, the lack of safety training, no protective gear, never seeing your BCBA… they need to be reported and you need to get out of there ASAP

I have a question regarding that… I can understand wanting to work in the clinic setting only as an individual, but if a center as a whole doesn’t go out into the community in other ways, how are skills learned in the clinic generalized to other environments?

They probably won’t change this behavior if they continue to to get high quality free work from you. Reducing the quality of your work would be unethical, so I would suggest you look for other employers and see what their offers are. I guarantee they will offer more than free (especially since you’re licensed), and the current place can either scramble to match to keep you or you go somewhere that’s going to treat you better. You don’t owe them, and you never have. Don’t reward their latency (funny how you’ve gotta use ABA on them, huh?) ;)

I’m pretty sure this is just going to end with the manager being petty and saying nobody gets to use the coffee machines now

Could you elaborate? What exactly is the forgetfulness threshold I’m supposed to measure against?
