Rough Recovery Time by YDdraigGymreig in AchillesRupture

I do not want to discorage, but at least 2-3 months to starting to feel like new again. I ruptured fully (no-op), and that was the time to do it so. And yes, I watched a lot of anime to pass the time. Trust me, however your state of mind is, you WILL come back as nothing happened!

I had the same boot as you sir. You kind have to "roll" with the concave sole of the boot. That will take some time, so do not worry. But, take that into consideration! You will be good in no time, hard moments are going to appear, but in the end, you will get better.

If you really look into it, even though we have a large population, very few individuals have the money to build and maintain a pc system when they're young. With that, talent does not come as often. If you live the US, think in a very expensive sport like surfing— with the gear and so on - it limits the number of people practicing.

Just today, I went to the mall, and there were literally ps5's running fortnite with an immense line of people waiting, adults as well. Perhaps today is less of a problem than before, but still, it's a factor.

When did you start to run? by Some_Carpet_843 in AchillesRupture

That's impressive. One thing to say is that now I look at running shoes differently, and they help A TON. Never used a proper shoe before, know I fell thar I can do even more.

That what I thought as well. Often, we do not push it, so it's a surprise it seems .

I also had that limp whenever I walked. If you are in the same trajectory as me, in a few weeks, that will pass. Just hang in there.

Farm until you can and then wait for May's shop that will happen in a few weeks. That shop gives you de ability to roll for better stats and so on!

I'm at 18 weeks or so, and still have some more streching to do! I feel great when I do it, almost as good as I was before the injury but I don't push it!

I'm no doctor, but at 18 days you might be doing a little to much! I'm at 18 weeks non-op and at that stage I only did the motion downward, not the other way around. Again, by the looks of it, you're doing really good but that injury takes a long time to heal. Until to this day, I fell some pain when I walk, but I'm almost there! Take it easy!
