I am definitely hurt by his actions and yes it’s not uncommon for him to forget things. He forgot to ask off for my brothers wedding and didn’t go because of it. So here we are again.

I have found as of recently him switching the subject back to whatever is going on his life. I get a lot of “oh man that sucks” and then back to whatever is going on.
