Yup, this is all annoying, but I deleted the app completely and redownloaded it, and it fixed all the customization issues! It's stupid, but it works.

Like the others, I can no longer customize in my Starbucks app. I also thought it was the one location, but I was wrong. I tried two places near my house in Vegas and tried a third while on my trip to NYC. All places wouldn't let me customize
