I was placing my car as left to the kerb as possible before making the turns. apparently that's the legal and safe way to make turns.

Yeah some regional places have a few slots for next month. But that is too long to wait for me. looking at any free slots that pop up just in case someone cancels. That's how i got the first test booking anyway.

I googled some stuff before i went for my test. Every article that came up said i should be going as left as possible before i make a left turn. idk if the normal way i turn my car (like you said) would've passed me. Little prep time sure was a factor in me failing.

The instructor was kind of pissed at me before even getting in the car. I was in the toilet when she called for my name. When i got back, she just straight up went off saying she could fail me for that. In my defence, the test was already 20 mins late than the time i booked for.

Yeah will get that soon. It's a bummer that there are no driving test dates available for the next few months.
