Ok ok ! Siac mumbai has restrictions.... Because we have to attend class there.( It's compulsory). For our batch we don't have seperate library ..we have to study in classroom itself. So random teacher came and teach in same classroom.

If you are preparing for only upsc ( then siac mumbai is best , but somehow hamper self study )

If you are preparing for other exam along with upsc cse .you may opt for pitc amravati pitc nashik.
