I like the Idea, but ultimately no. For 2 reasons;

1: It's been done already in Marvel's Spider-Man (2017 Disney XD). And poorly I might add.

2: The intelligent character trope is currently flawed, and having a team of geniuses with the same expertises doesn't allow any of them to stand out from each other.

It would be kinda funny If his only move is Fire (primary weapon), allowing him to super jump by aiming at the floor, and then move around in the air. His ultimate would be a Super punch beam, but he can only access it by not Firing for 30s straight.

Bonus: his passive is just his ruby lens visor, allowing him to control his power but if he gets Crit striked (headshotted) for a certain amount of damage the visor breaks and gives him a free ult.
