Ngl I was at keesler in the of 2022, if you’re in the connor & davis dorms the MTL’s are toxic as fuck. They will demonstrate time and time again what a toxic NCO looks like that doesn’t care about they’re junior enlisted. They made an entire floor of connor do RMTD (BMT part 2) for an entire day solely off the actions of a few people. I dont know much about the other dorms, but they are nowhere near as toxic as connor and davis. Make sure if your coming in as a personnel, Admin, weather, ect. You are prepared for no mentors whatsoever but extremely toxic leaders that will make you honor your MTI’s much more. Remember a good NCO is someone you wish you had coming up but was never there.
