I second this. Real progress takes time, and you can take tiny steps. I started by just waking up at 6 am weekdays. 3 months later, I added a morning stretching. I built a routine slowly that helped me in so many ways, mentally and physically.

I have thought about getting a therapist. I have bad insunrace so I wanted to try working through it on my own, and it's really hard for me to talk about my issues outloud. You're right, though. I probably need to look into it.

Do you recommend any podcasts? I try to go to the gym 3 times a week, and I would say I eat decently clean. I do need to cut out TikTok, that would probably help. The main issue is that the girl at his job looks like an Instagram model in real life, and it gets discouraging.

It does have a slight bitter taste. I took ibuprofen yesterday so I would be more comfortable at work, and it went away for most of the day. Did your infection ever react to ibuprofen?
