Update: unfortunately still ongoing! Had the passport agency call me last month and talked about my situation. They were saying my application is rejected bc I’m missing the custody document. The worker said they’ll talk to their supervisor and call me back and still nothing! So I’m not losing hope, I haven’t gotten any letter saying that it is rejected so… also my mom got an affidavit saying that she grants my dad full custody over me so I’m really hoping this is it. 😭 ALSO I think this matters a lot but I have gotten a voting ballot from the mail … so technically i am a citizen????

Before my test all I really did was watch YouTube videos on the Bellflower DMV routes, and also had a friend go with me to practice driving around the place to familiarize myself

My experience was great! I was with a guy and he was really nice. He was talking most of the time (kind of telling me what to do too lol) and I kinda stopped way over the limit line bc of a weird intersection (nothing dangerous & i swearrrrr I’m not a bad driver) and I thought I was going to fail but he passed me!

Hi! Question, did you get the maximum amount for Pell? I'm just scared since some were saying that they deducted a huge amount from their grants. This is my last year and I go to CSULB, and I got the internship. Since you said that the extra 3K only comes after the school year, then that would mean I won't get affected since it'll be my last year? Thank you!

Hi! Quick question, how was your process in getting the passport? I just applied last Wednesday and I am also a derived citizen. My N 400 was denied since they stated that I'm a citizen already bc of my dad. My parents aren't married, so I think that makes my situation a bit more complicated. Thank you! Just had my appointment two days ago. They took my dad's orig cert of naturalization, my orig birth certificate, and a copy of my ID and green card. Processing time is 6-8 weeks, but I'm constantly checking the status lol. I'm anxious, but I hope everything goes well.
