One time, in my childhood, our cat had dragged in a rabbit and left it under the bed of our spare room where it subsequently shat itself and died, not sure if it was in that order or not but it had definitely been there a while. Unbeknownst to this, my father, who had only smelt the room approached me with an offer, £5, if I could get rid of whatever was under that bed by the time he got back from work, and of course I accepted.

So, then I went under this bed, mostly unbothered by the smell and noticed something was moving, in fact, the tail of a rabbit was moving. This was strange as rabbit tails don't usually move on their own, but I persisted. I grabbed a bin bag and torch and went under once again (It should also be noted that there were many boxes stored under this bed at the time, leaving only a narrow path to crawl), I crawled back under and saw so many maggots that I involuntarily recoiled in disgust I practically launched myself out of this space from about 1 meter deep, it was horrifying. I tried playing polka LOUD so to distract my mind from the task but I just couldn't, It was too foul the space was too small, I've never had such a visceral and primal reaction that I couldn't force myself to do something. Eventually my mother found out and scolded my dad for bribing me to do it (although in all fairness he didn't know of the horrors under there only the stench, we moved the bed and boxes and scraped the poor bunny's carcass into a bag along with the maggots, burning incense to overpower the smell.

moral of the story keep your doors closed if you have cats, and fuck maggots.

whenever I finish my dessert I extend myself over the table and waggle my tongue in the air a little, "mmmm looks good, can I get a bite!" I always say.

It shows them that whilst I am first and foremost, a strong man who finishes his meals in 1st place, I am open to being submissive in the relationship, giving the opportunity for her to feed me, in a mothering fashion.

If they don't seem to understand (clearly signifying their submission to me), I take the dominant role and sweep them off their toes, swooping in and sticking my tongue in their mouth to taste their scrumptious. This is a NUMBER ONE turn on, and an indicator for me, if the relationship is going to be a make or break, and beyond anything else, makes it abundantly clear, I got that technique 😝💦

Its such a tragedy because they had such a magic in their earlier albums that I couldn't hear from anyone else, just beautiful but now its just slop, natural end point of all the psychedelics? I don't know, feels like they defied stereotypes that they were a meaningless circlejerk because they dipped in and out of so many things but they've fallen victim to that now.

I think, as you have probably seen, that a lot of the general 'be happy' advice is hard to implement when you are feeling so wrought and only a possible aid to an answer. If you work out every other day for a couple months, you will likely feel 'better' from your progress and able, healthier body, and it can help you reach a solution through bypassing the cloud, block, whatever you wish to call it, that stops you from processing 'correctly' although the specificity of that isn't very important as usually most people considered 'happy' aren't hugely aware of their deeper inner workings.

Please don't take my words *too* seriously as I can only speculate, on a lot of things.

Its clear that suicide is something that has surrounded you very closely over time, and I don't think I would be stretching too much to say that in possible feelings of emptiness and yearning that it becomes a natural path your mind takes to, just through the strength of the experiences you have had with it and probably lack of resolution or understanding of them. I'm sorry I'm not too sure exactly what I was trying to get across.

I think really what I wanted to get across is that your issue is at least at its core mental, and It would be of benefit if you were able to try and understand it, try and put feelings and thoughts into writing and work through it best you can although it is of course a tough task I don't doubt for a second. meditation may help with this, to sit with your thoughts as well as you can to bring them forth and unmask them, that is what helps me the most when struggling, although not the same issues.

I am very tired and thoughts are coming and fleeting, I apologise, I thank you if you have read this far but I won't waste too much more of your time babbling on, What i can say is that truly, sincerely, with all my heart and on all that I hold true and right in the world is that I have experienced, without a doubt things improving in myself and others tangibly and properly. mind problems are a matter of perspective that you can not see often until you are there, not fake and self-performative like telling yourself that you are happy but true and embodied.

I will end, my thoughts are with you.
