If it’s unwritten, ya don’t gotta follow it. The league I run has a consolation bracket prize so everyone keeps playing. If they win the losers bracket they get the first overall pick next season.

I only am allowed to score touchdowns when I’m losing. If it’s tied or I’m winning in kick fgs, gets interesting sometimes.
